Impossible list - 15 August
How far I've come over the course of the last month in regards to the impossible list of goals I've set for myself.

Professional
I started picking up my project over the last few weeks again. I have bought a new larger server and start getting the code to work, I'm not at a place where the code isn't self healing when it runs into an issue, but I'm getting there.
Once that is in place the next big summit will be to calculate for every grid point all of the historical rainy season onset, cessation dates as well as amount of rain.
Health / Fitness
Everything is steaming right ahead for getting my running up to scratch for my first ultra marathon this year. I've run 32.2km and while I was tired I'm confident I'll complete my 50km. I'm pretty sure I will be able to finish the race in roughly 8 hours. Finger's crossed, I'll report back.
Personal Skills
I need to find a way to get work on my book up and moving again. I have got comments on several chapters of my book given to me and I've done my own editing, but I need to start combining those changes into the text. Ideally I'd like to get those changes into a new draft before I go to America where I can give copies to Annie and Paul for another round of criticism.
Flickr has 815 photos in it.
Travel / Events
Everything is now waiting for my trip to America in November to spend Thanksgiving with my family.
Volunteering / Charity
I'm starting to step up when it comes to the running of Tayside Re-Users. If we can get some of our basics in place we should be in a better place to better understand our business and get it running smoothly making money. It will take another six months to start seeing some of the fruits of my labour though.
Education / Languages
I was looking at a foreign language course in Russian and I'd love to do it, but I'm not sure spending a grand on a year's worth of Russian courses is the best use of money. I need to find something more local and more conversational to really move me forward.
Financial
Just working hard in my role as React Tech Lead and trying to sort out my shop and put everything into a good status. We are moving forward, but this might take years.
