Embracing the Beautiful Uncertainty of Ultra Running
You know that moment when you catch yourself saying something completely mental and wonder how you got there?
I've been taken with the idea that if I train for it I can begin to run for a long time, like a really long time, I'm thinking about ratcheting up the distances year by year running two large races and we'll see just how far we can get before I don't finish one of these. The goal is to come in 15 minutes before the cut off time.
